The “Past, Future, In the Now” series comprises paintings/drawings exploring where memories live and our emotional connections to objects. The body of work reflects the artist's personal experience of migrating to the US, resulting in the separation of her family. Analogous to the artist's journey, these modular paintings are designed to find residence in different spaces, with the eventual intention of coming together as a whole.
